The Discount Office Supplies Order Was Incorrect
The discount office supplies warehouse that is located about seventy miles from here shipped us the wrong order. We have used this office supplies provider for about five years now and have never had any problems with them. In fact, they seem to always get the order here and on time, it is always correct and they are always dropping their prices of the office supplies they offer.
I called and asked to speak to a manager at the discount office supplies warehouse facility and he already knew what I wanted before he got on the phone. I guess that he had been receiving a lot of phone calls that day from upset customers. He explained that he was sorry and that they had a new system that somehow went crazy when it was filling the orders. They had over five hundred orders that it did this on and they were trying to get everything worked out and to the right places.
Since our office was only seventy miles, the manager from the warehouse told us that he would be willing to have one of his employees come and deliver the right order of office supplies and pick up the one that was incorrect. I thought that it sounded like a great idea and that is what we did.
