Used Cisco Saved the Day
I had dinner with my high school friends a week ago. It was the first time that we ever saw each after a couple of years. In girl hours, it is like a decade to forever. We were all smiles, and laughter and stories and gossips. However, one of our friends came late. She said that she had to fix a several problems in her office, before his boss will find out. When we asked, he said that one of their utility persons broke one of their Cisco Catalyst Switches. She said that these switches are very vital in the daily transaction of their company as internet is used all the time. And it is so obvious that their utility person cannot afford to buy a new one.
When we asked her how she fixed the problem, she said that she paid for the new unit. We were shocked. We did not know that she was already as rich as that. She just laughed and told us that she did not spend so much for it because she only bought a Used Cisco switch to replace the broken one. She further explained these reconditioned switches are sold at 60% off the original price.
Oh well, we don’t really care as long as she was able to make it to our get-together dinner.
