Offspring 101

Having the opportunity to live abroad for a few years is a treat, at the same time an opportunity that is hard to pass up.  For that reason, I am going to put up my house on the market.  It is an old house with a huge lawn and a beautiful garden.  Wasting no time, I called up a real estate agent to assess the house, as well as its market value.  Sadly, the agent told me that the market price will be affected by the condition of my lawn.  Admittedly, I was so busy the past few weeks that I forgot to take care of the lawn.  The plants are badly damaged because bugs have eaten most of their leaves.

Nonetheless, the agent suggested that I should hire a service company that will care for the lawn.  He gave me a calling card from a lawn care Tampa Florida Company that specializes in controlling pests.  Right away, I called their office to set an appointment and price quotations for the services I will avail.
