Little did I know that I had a really bad odor after these workout sessions. I guess I never really thought about my smell. I never really used any deodorant, until my wife told me bluntly how she was extremely bothered of my body odor.

 It suddenly made me think of my personal hygiene and wondered how long I have had this terrible condition. I remembered my varsity days when I used to be more physically active than I am now, and I cringed at the thought of having body odor ever since those days.

The confrontation with my wife made me realize the importance of proper hygiene. I searched online shops for a great anti perspirant and found a great site that also sells fragrant bath products and other beauty essentials. I started using the products and my wife was visibly pleased with the results. Her irritation with me was gone and she became more affectionate with me. My advice to you guys? Be conscious of your personal hygiene. If you smell bad it is not you who suffer but the people close to you.
